I get a blank page when I click on the submission inbox

There may be instances when you are unable to access the submission inbox (blank page after clicking the tab).  This can occur due to an interruption in communication between Moodle and Turnitin. It is not a common occurrence.

To restore the connection

  • either click ‘Refresh submissions’
  • or click ‘Update this Turnitin submission’ and just click save and return to course
